Three years ago today, the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) issued its decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, overturning nearly fifty years of constitutional protections for abortion access under Roe v. Wade.
Two Years Since Dobbs
June 24 marked two years since the Dobbs decision, which eliminated the federal right to abortion. Because of that ruling, 14 states have total abortion bans and 27 states have bans.
